Nestled on nearly 14 peaceful acres in Ray County, Missouri, Valor Ranch opens its gates to the Kansas City and the surrounding area U.S. veterans experiencing homelessness and post-traumatic stress, offering them a chance to re-enter civilian life with positivity and success.

What Our Veteran Housing Assistance Offers

Whether it’s through the tranquility of the countryside away from PTS triggers, a familiar sense of military camaraderie through shared activities and goals, or our proven path to jobs, leases, savings, and lasting self-worth, we help veterans heal, learn, and restart – at no cost. Valor Ranch provides Kansas City and the surrounding area veterans staying with us:

Transitional Housing:  12–24 months in family-style quarters
Life-skills Workshops: Learn budgeting, cooking, fitness, time-management, and job readiness
Daily Transportation: We offer rides to work sites, VA visits, and counseling
Licensed Mental Health Partners: We prioritize PTS management and suicide prevention support
Weekly Community Meal: Neighbors and volunteers share food and fellowship
Lifetime Alum Mentoring: At Valor Ranch, we believe “once Valor, always Valor”
