Transitional Housing

Four to six residents live in a two-story farmhouse. This homeless veterans housing model removes city sirens and crowded dorms.

Life & Job Skills Workshops

Budgeting, cooking, résumé writing, fitness, time management. Every class turns a veteran transition house into a launch pad.

Mental Health Connections

Licensed partners teach PTS management and suicide-prevention skills. Our homeless veterans’ housing plan includes weekly check-ins.

Transportation & Community

Rides to work, the VA, and counseling. Weekly community meal nights build a circle that follows you long after the veteran transition house chapter comes to an end.
